Welcome to the website of Dave Harkness BSc, Environmental Consultant. Dave has been an approved provider of Percolation Testing in Limerick, Clare, Tipperary (North and South) and Westmeath since the local authority panels were setup. These began with County Clare in November 2004.
Dave Harkness started his training in BER five years ago, became formally qualified in June 2007 and registered with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) in March 2008 (assessor no. 100616).
Who are SEED Environmental?
SEED is an independent business which specialises in carrying out Building Energy Ratings (BERs) and Percolation Testing (Site Characterisation Reports) in the Clare and Limerick Regions. We give impartial advice and are not associated with any particular product or technology.
